AN ACT TO INCREASE DRIVER LICENSE RENEWAL FEES TO FUND THE ARKANSAS ANTI- LITTER FUND.
TO CREATE THE HIGHWAY MEMORIAL SAFETY PROGRAM TO IMPROVE THE WARNING FOR DANGEROUS AREAS OF THE HIGHWAY AND PROVIDE A MEMORIAL TO PERSONS WHO HAVE DIED AS A RESULT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT AT THAT LOCATION.
IN RESPECTFUL MEMORY OF BRITTANEY ANN ALLEN AND HER SERVICE TO THE GREAT STATE OF ARKANSAS; IN RECOGNITION OF THE BRITTANEY ANN FOUNDATION; AND TO ENCOURAGE PARENTS TO EDUCATE THEIR CHILDREN ON SAFETY ISSUES.
TO INCREASE THE MINIMUM MOTOR VEHICLE LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE, TO AUTHORIZE THE IMPOUNDMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES OPERATED WITHOUT LICENSE AND REGISTRATION, AND TO PROVIDE PAYMENT FOR TOWING AND SERVICE CHARGES.
