TO CREATE THE CHERISH ACT; AND TO PROHIBIT ABORTIONS AFTER EIGHTEEN (18) WEEKS' GESTATION EXCEPT IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY.
TO IMPROVE MATERNAL AND PERINATAL OUTCOMES BY CREATING THE MATERNAL AND PERINATAL OUTCOMES QUALITY REVIEW COMMITTEE.
TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING ELECTION PAGES; AND TO ALLOW CERTAIN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO PERFORM THE DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF ELECTION OFFICIALS.
TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL REVENUE FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF HIGHWAYS, STREETS, AND BRIDGES IN THE STATE.
TO PROHIBIT THE SALE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS, VAPOR PRODUCTS, ALTERNATIVE NICOTINE PRODUCTS, E-LIQUID PRODUCTS, AND CIGARETTE PAPERS TO A PERSON UNDER TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE.
REQUIRING TRAINING OF LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS IN THE IDENTIFICATION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE OVERDOSE AND THE ROLE OF NALOXONE.
TO ESTABLISH A PROCESS BY WHICH RECORDS OF CERTAIN CRIMINAL OFFENSES ARE AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED AFTER A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME; AND CONCERNING THE RECORDS OF A PERSON'S CRIMINAL HISTORY.
CONCERNING INVESTIGATIONS INTO SEXUAL ASSAULT; CONCERNING SEXUAL ASSAULT COLLECTION KITS; AND CONCERNING THE SUBMISSION OF SEXUAL ASSAULT COLLECTION KITS.
TO ALLOW EXCESS FOOD DISTRIBUTION BY A PUBLIC SCHOOL OR OPEN-ENROLLMENT PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL TO A STUDENT WHO IS ENROLLED IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOL OR OPEN-ENROLLMENT PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL.

TO PROVIDE FOR MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT RATES THAT ADDRESS THE MINIMUM WAGE INCREASES; TO PROVIDE FOR IMMEDIATE AND ONGOING REGULAR REVIEWS OF MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT RATES AND METHODOLOGIES; AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY.
