TO REQUIRE A STATE-SUPPORTED INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION TO REPORT ANY NEW FEES OR CHANGES TO EXISTING FEES CHARGED TO STUDENTS TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AT LEAST NINETY DAYS BEFORE THE NEW FEE OR CHANGED FEE IS IMPOSED.
