TO REQUIRE COMPLIANCE WITH THE MILITARY SELECTIVE SERVICE ACT AS A CONDITION FOR STATE EMPLOYMENT OR FOR ENROLLMENT IN A PUBLIC INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
TO PROVIDE THAT LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND ADULT EDUCATION PROGRAMS SHALL DISTRIBUTE SELECTIVE SERVICE REGISTRATION FORMS TO THOSE STUDENTS REQUIRED TO REGISTER WITH THE SELECTIVE SERVICE SYSTEM.
TO ALLOW SCHOOL DISTRICTS TO OBTAIN REASONS FOR STUDENTS DROPPING OUT OF SCHOOL.
TO PROVIDE FOR THE SUPERVISION AND REGULATION OF COUNTY AND REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATIONS
TO REPEAL A.C.A. 15-4-1220, WHICH EXEMPTS SECURITIES ISSUED BY COUNTY OR REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATIONS FROM THE ARKANSAS SECURITIES ACT
TO EXPAND THE DEFINITION OF CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION TO INCLUDE PRETENDING TO BE A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
TO CLARIFY THAT VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS HAVE TO RESPOND TO FIRE EMERGENCIES AND CAN GET REIMBURSEMENT AND ATTORNEY FEES FOR RESPONDING TO FIRES INVOLVING REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY.
TO ENCOURAGE THE GAME AND FISH COMMISSION TO PERMIT PERSONS TO FISH WITHOUT A PERMIT ON A BODY OF WATER ENTIRELY SURROUNDED BY LAND OWNED BY THE PERSON FISHING.
REQUESTING LOCAL GOVERNING BODIES TO ADOPT POLICIES SIMILAR TO FEDERAL AND STATE REQUIREMENTS THAT PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES CERTIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE MILITARY SELECTIVE SERVICE ACT.
