TO REQUIRE COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES WITH OPEN BEDS TO COVER OR SECURE LOADS OF GRAVEL, ROCK, OR ASPHALT.
TO PROHIBIT SCHOOL DISTRICTS FROM USING STUDENTS IN K-12 TO DELIVER OR DISTRIBUTE PROPAGANDA MATERIALS CONCERNING POLITICAL ISSUES.
TO REQUIRE THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS TO ADOPT A POLICY CONCERNING STUDENT AND STAFF USE OF DISTRICT-OWNED COMPUTERS IN ACCESSING THE INTERNET.

AUTHORIZING SCHOOL DISTRICTS TO ISSUE POSTDATED WARRANTS AND BORROW MONEY FROM THE REVOLVING LOAN FUND TO PAY OFF LOANS SECURED FOR SETTLEMENTS RESULTING FROM LITIGATION AGAINST THE DISTRICT.
AN ACT TO LIMIT MERITORIOUS GOOD TIME FOR VIOLENT OFFENDERS AND TO RESTRICT PAROLE FOR FELONIES COMMITTED AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ACT.
