AN ACT TO AMEND ARKANSAS CODE 17-41-206 TO PROVIDE THAT REGISTERED LAND SURVEYORS WHO ARE AT LEAST SIXTY YEARS OF AGE SHALL BE EXEMPT FROM THE CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS OF THAT SECTION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
