AN ACT TO AMEND ARKANSAS CODE 23-86-112 TO PROVIDE THAT PERSONS INSURED UNDER GROUP DISABIILTY POLICIES MAY ASSIGN THEIR INDEMNITIES UNDER A GROUP DISABILITY POLICY TO BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ENACTED BY
REQUESTING THE JOINT INTERIM COMMITTEE ON ENERGY TO DETERMINE WHAT EFFECTS THE EXPLORATION, PRODUCTION AND USE OF ENERGY SOURCES HAVE ON THE FISH AND GAME IN THIS STATE.
