SB256 - AN ACT TO AMEND ARKANSAS CODE 16-66-210 TO PROVIDE THAT THE RURAL HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION SHALL BE RETAINED FOR A RURAL HOMESTEAD ANNEXED INTO A CITY OR TOWN AS LONG AS THE HOMESTEAD REMAINS RURAL IN NATURE AND IS USED FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES."
