HB1838 - AN ACT PROVIDE THAT ANY ELECTED OFFICAL ELIGIBLE FOR RETIREMENT INCENTIVES UNDER ACT 187 OF 1987 SHALL FORFEIT ALL RETIREMENT BENEFITS IF HE KNOWINGLY AND WILFULLY MISSTATES HIS CREDITED SERVICE UNDER THE RETIREMENT SYSTEM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
