AN ACT TO PROVIDE A PROCEDURE FOR THE RECALL OF ELECTED STATE, DISTRICT, COUNTY, TOWNSHIP, MUNICIPAL, AND SCHOOL DISTRICT OFFICIALS AND OTHER ELECTED OFFICIALS IN THE STATE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
AN ACT TO CUT BY FIVE PERCENT THE SALARIES RECEIVED BY STATE EMPLOYEES WHOSE SALARIES EXCEED $50,000 PER YEAR AND TO DEPOSIT THE SAVINGS INTO THE PUBLIC SCHOOL FUND; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 2310 OF ACT 280 OF 1975, AS AMENDED [ARK. STAT. 41-2310] TO MAKE IT UNLAWFUL TO IMPERSONATE A POLICE OFFICER WITH THE PURPOSE TO EXERCISE THE POWERS OF THE POLICE OFFICER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."

AN ACT TO AMEND SUBSECTION (D) OF SECTION 1 OF ACT 515 OF 1985 TO PROHIBIT THE POSSESSION OF LOADED CENTER FIRE WEAPONS EXCEPT SHOTGUNS AND EXCEPT IN PLACES OF RESIDENCE AND BUSINESSES IN THE LOST BRIDGE AREA IN BENTON COUNTY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
TO SUSPEND THE JOINT RULES OF THE HOUSE AND THE SENATE TO ALLOW REPRESENTATIVE HUTCHINSON TO INTRODUCE A BILL TO PROHIBIT THE DISCHARGE OF CENTER-FIRE WEAPONS, EXCEPT SHOTGUNS, IN THE LOST BRIDGE AREA.
FOR A PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT TO PROVIDE THAT NO PERSON SHALL BE ELECTED TO SERVE MORE THAN TWO SUCCESSIVE FOUR YEAR TERMS AS GOVERNOR.
FOR A PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT TO AUTHORIZE THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY TO PROVIDE BY LAW FOR THE RECALL OF ELECTED STATE, COUNTY, DISTRICT, TOWNSHIP, MUNICIPAL AND SCHOOL DISTRICT OFFICERS, AND OTHER ELECTED PUBLIC OFFICERS.
