AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 2 OF ACT 214 OF 1937, AS AMENDED [ARK. STATS. 24-111], TO PROVIDE THAT THE EIGHTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT SHALL BE A DIVISION A CIRCUIT FOR PURPOSES OF ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION OF THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 10 OF CHAPTER 94 OF THE REVISED STATUTES OF 1837, AS AMENDED [ARK. STAT. 55-216], TO AUTHORIZE ELECTED MUNICIPAL JUDGES TO SOLEMNIZE MARRIAGES. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. Section
AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE CITIES AND COUNTIES TO REGULATE ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES WITHIN THEIR BOUNDARIES; TO REPEAL ACT 1011 OF 1985 [ARK. STATS. 75-1061 ET SEQ.] WHICH PROHIBITED THE OPERATION OF ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES UPON PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGHWAYS."
