HB1749 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO REACH THEIR NINETEENTH BIRTHDAY BEFORE OCTOBER 1 MAY PARTICIPATE IN INTERSCHOLASTIC EVENTS IF THEY HAVE MAINTAINED A CUMULATIVE HIGH SCHOOL GRADE POINT OF 2.5 OR HIGHER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
