TO ESTABLISH THE PUBLIC SAFETY ACT OF 2019; TO AMEND THE ARKANSAS PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS ACT OF 1985; AND TO DEVELOP A NEXT GENERATION 911 SYSTEM.
TO ALLOW EXCESS FOOD DISTRIBUTION BY A PUBLIC SCHOOL OR OPEN-ENROLLMENT PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL TO A STUDENT WHO IS ENROLLED IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOL OR OPEN-ENROLLMENT PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL.
TO END CHILD MARRIAGE; AND TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT FOR MARRIAGE.
TO ESTABLISH THE ARKANSAS LITTER REDUCTION AND DEPOSIT BEVERAGE CONTAINER RECYCLING ACT; TO REQUIRE THE LABELING OF DEPOSIT BEVERAGE CONTAINERS SOLD IN ARKANSAS; TO ESTABLISH THE DEPOSIT BEVERAGE CONTAINER RECYCLING PROGRAM.
TO PROVIDE FOR MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT RATES THAT ADDRESS THE MINIMUM WAGE INCREASES; TO PROVIDE FOR IMMEDIATE AND ONGOING REGULAR REVIEWS OF MEDICAID REIMBURSEMENT RATES AND METHODOLOGIES; AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY.

TO AMEND THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT OF 1967; AND TO REQUIRE ALL OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS TO BE RECORDED.
TO CREATE THE ARKANSAS DELTA MUSIC TRAIL ACT; TO PROMOTE TOURISM AND PROVIDE TAX INCENTIVES FOR ART PROJECTS ALONG DESIGNATED MUSIC HIGHWAYS IN THE STATE; AND TO REQUIRE SIGNAGE ALONG DESIGNATED MUSIC HIGHWAYS IN THE STATE.
