CONCERNING THE REORGANIZATION OF THE STATE DISTRICT COURT SYSTEM; AND CONCERNING THE CURRENT FIFTEENTH AND SIXTEENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICTS.
TO REQUIRE A PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT TO EMPLOY AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS COMPLETED OR WILL COMPLETE THE CERTIFIED FACILITIES DIRECTOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM.
TO EXPAND THE LIST OF APPROVED PURPOSES FOR WHICH ENHANCED STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT FUNDING MAY BE EXPENDED; AND TO REPEAL THE EXPIRATION OF APPROVED PROGRAMS FOR WHICH ENHANCED STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT FUNDING MAY BE EXPENDED.
TO AMEND THE FIRST DAY OF THE SCHOOL YEAR FOR STUDENT ATTENDANCE IN PUBLIC ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS.
TO ALLOW STUDENTS IN CERTAIN GRADES IN-SCHOOL ACCESS TO VENDING MACHINES OFFERING FOOD AND BEVERAGES THAT MEET THE NUTRITION STANDARDS OF THE FEDERAL SMART SNACKS IN SCHOOL PROGRAM.
AN AMENDMENT TO THE ARKANSAS CONSTITUTION PROVDIING WHEN AN ANNUAL AD VALOREM TAX FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF SCHOOLS AND THE RETIREMENT OF INDEBTEDNESS SHALL BE CONSIDERED AT THE ANNUAL SCHOOL ELECTION.
