JBC-PERSONNEL

The Personnel Subcommittee provides information, research, and technical services regarding personnel issues to members of the General Assembly. The section staff reviews action on personnel related requests during the legislative sessions that may include reviewing and recommending new classification titles and grades, changes in the staffing levels for agencies and institution, revisions to the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act, and Joint Budget bills, member bills and Governor’s Letters with Personnel changes.
