HB2567 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT BEFORE ANY LARGE ESTABLISHED BUSINESS MAY RECEIVE A PERMIT TO MOVE TO ANOTHER AREA, IT MUST PROVIDE A PHYSICAL IMPACT OR ECONOMIC IMPACT STATEMENT TO THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE APPROPRIATE CITY OR COUNTY.
