HB2280 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT WHEN DHS TAKES CUSTODY OF A CHILD DUE TO THE ACTIONS OF SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE CUSTODIAL PARENT, DHS SHALL IMMEDIATELY SEARCH FOR THE CUSTODIAL PARENTS AND NOTIFY THAT PARENT AS TO THE CHILD'S LOCATION.
