HB1300 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE SALE OR ATTEMPTED SALE OF FIVE OR MORE USED MOTOR VEHICLES IN ANY ONE YEAR CONSTITUTES A REBUTTABLE PRESUMPTION THAT THE PERSON IS ENGAGED IN THE BUSINESS OF SELLING USED MOTOR VEHICLES.
