HB1137 - AN ACT TO AMEND THE CONTRACTOR LICENSING LAW TO PROVIDE THAT A CONTRACTOR IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE LICENSED IF THE COST OF WORK TO BE DONE IS LESS THAN $20,000 INCREASED BY 3% ANNUALLY, COMPOUNDED, SINCE 1965.
