THE CONTINUING ADEQUACY EVALUATION ACT OF 2004.
AN ACT TO REQUIRE AUDIT REPORTS OF SCHOOL DISTRICTS NOT CONDUCTED BY LEGISLATIVE AUDIT TO BE FILED WITHIN NINE (9) MONTHS FOLLOWING THE END OF EACH FISCAL YEAR.
