REQUESTING THAT THE SENATE COMMITTEE ON JUDICIARY STUDY AVAILABLE POST-CONVICTION RELIEF ON THE GROUNDS OF EVIDENCE ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH NEW SCIENTIFIC METHODS, FORENSICS, OR TECHNOLOGY.
