SB814 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT IF FEDERAL LAW AUTHORIZES THE STATE TO COLLECT SALES AND USE TAX FROM SELLERS WHO HAVE NO PHYSICAL PRESENCE IN THE STATE THEN THE TAXES COLLECTED SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED PURSUANT TO THIS ACT.
