AN ACT TO AMEND ARKANSAS CODE TITLE 19, CHAPTER 11, SUBCHAPTER 2, THE ARKANSAS PURCHASING LAW, TO PROVIDE THAT COMPETITIVE BIDDING AND COMPETITIVE SEALED BIDDING APPLIES TO THE CONSTITUTIONAL DEPARTMENTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
