AN ACT TO AMEND ARKANSAS CODE TITLE 11, CHAPTER 9, SUBCHAPTER 5 TO REQUIRE A WORKER_S COMPENSATION INSURANCE CARRIER TO NOTIFY AN INJURED WORKER_S EMPLOYER BEFORE PAYING ANY BENEFITS FOR THE INJURY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT WHEN ANY TWO-LANE STATE HIGHWAY IS EXPANDED TO A FOUR-LANE WITHIN CITY LIMITS THE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT SHALL CURB AND GUTTER THE PROPERTY ALONG THE HIGHWAY IN THE SAME MANNER THROUGHOUT THE CITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
AN ACT TO DIRECT THE JOINT PERFORMANCE REVIEW COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT A THOROUGH INVESTIGATION OF THE STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION AND THE STATE HIGHWAY AND TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
