AN ACT TO REQUIRE PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURERS TO MAIL OR DELIVER LOSS OR CLAIMS HISTORY REPORTS ON PERSONAL LINES INSURANCE POLICIES TO NAMED INSUREDS WHENEVER THE INSURERS TRANSMIT THE REPORTS TO OTHER INSURERS, CLAIMS DATA COMPILATION SERVICES, AND
AN ACT TO PROHIBIT AUTOMOBILE INSURERS FROM REFUSING TO INSURE RISKS OR REFUSING TO CONTINUE INSURING RISKS BASED SOLELY ON THE CREDIT HISTORY OF THE INSURED OR APPLICANT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
