AN ACT TO AMEND ARKANSAS CODE ANNOTATED § 6-20-811 TO CLARIFY THE NUMBER OF BIDS THAT THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION MUST SEEK IN THE SALE OF SCHOOL DISTRICT OBLIGATIONS AND THAT PROCEEDS MAY BE USED TO PAY COSTS OF THE SALE AND SERVICING OF SUCH OBLIGATIO
AN ACT TO AMEND ARKANSAS CODE ANNOTATED § 6-20-801 TO SPECIFY THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH MONEYS HELD IN THE REVOLVING LOAN FUND MAY BE USED; AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
AN ACT TO AMEND ARKANSAS CODE ANNOTATED § 6-20-1012 TO CLARIFY THAT ALL SCHOOL DISTRICT REVOLVING LOAN OBLIGATIONS ACQUIRED BY THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION ARE VALID UPON COMPLIANCE WITH THE ARKANSAS CODE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
AN ACT TO REQUIRE THAT ALL PUBLIC OFFICIALS OF A MUNICIPALITY SHALL RECEIVE A MINIMUM OF SIX (6) HOURS TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE ARKANSAS MUNICIPAL LEAGUE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO THE ARKANSAS CONSTITUTION TO REMOVE THE PROVISION THAT THE POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE OFFICE OF GOVERNOR DEVOLVE UPON THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR DURING THE GOVERNOR_S ABSENCE FROM THE STATE AND, LIKEWISE, UPON THE PRESIDENT OF THE SEN
