TO REQUIRE THE STUDY OF DISPARITIES IN THE TREATMENT OF MOTHERS AND FATHERS IN CHILD CUSTODY AND VISITATION CASES; AND TO REQUIRE A STUDY ON THE IMPACT THAT FALSE REPORTS OF CHILD MALTREATMENT HAVE ON THE PARTIES TO THE CASE.
