SB558 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT NO STATE OR LOCAL AGENCY EMPLOYING LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS WHO ENFORCE MOTOR VEHICLE TRAFFIC LAWS MAY ESTABLISH ANY POLICY REQUIRING LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS TO MEET AN ARREST QUOTA; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
