SB34 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT PERSONS ABUSED IN DOMESTIC VIOLENCE INCIDENTS SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED TO BEAR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE FILING OR PROSECUTION OF CRIMINAL CHARGES AGAINST THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OFFENDER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
