HB2099 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT NO NEW BEER, WINE, OR OTHER ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PERMITS SHALL BE ISSUED TO ANY PERSON AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF ANY REFRIGERATED ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT RETAIL IN AN ESTABLISHMENT WHICH ALSO SELLS MOTOR FUELS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
