HB2093 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT ANY RESIDENT OF A LEVEE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT WHO PAYS ANY TAXES LEVIED BY THE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SHALL BE ELIGIBLE TO SEEK ELECTION TO AND VOTE IN AN ELECTION TO SELECT THE LEVEE BOARD OF DIRECTORS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
