HB1983 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN KINDS OF SEXUAL ACTIVITIES WHICH INVOLVE HIGH-RISK SEXUAL CONDUCT ARE UNLAWFUL AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE CONDUCT OF THOSE ACTIVITIES IN COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES CONSTITUTES A PUBLIC NUISANCE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
