HB1342 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT ANY PERSON CONVICTED OF A FELONY CRIMINAL OFFENSE WHO EMPLOYED A FIREARM IN FURTHERANCE OF THE FELONY CRIMINAL OFFENSE SHALL SERVE A MINIMUM SENTENCE OF TEN (10) YEARS IN A CORRECTIONAL FACILITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
