SB480 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT WHEN A MEDICAID PATIENT ENTERS A HOSPITAL FOR PSYCHIATRIC CARE OR SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT AN INDEPENDENT EVALUATION MUST BE MADE WITHIN 72 HOURS TO DETERMINE WHETHER OUTPATIENT TREATMENT IS FEASIBLE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
