PROVIDING FOR A JOINT SESSION OF THE SENATE AND THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AT 1:30 P.M., MONDAY, OCTOBER 23, l989, FOR THE PURPOSE OF HEARING AN ADDRESS BY THE GOVERNOR.
PROVIDING FOR THE SINE DIE ADJOURNMENT OF THE THIRD EXTRAORDINARY SESSION OF THE SEVENTY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS UPON CONCLUSION OF BUSINESS IN THE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 1989.
EARNESTLY REQUESTING THE DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES DIVISION OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO PROMULGATE MORE SPECIFIC REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO SERVICES PROVIDED BY OR THROUGH THE DIVISION.
PROVIDING THAT THE THIRD EXTRAORDINARY SESSION OF THE SEVENTY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY SHALL RECESS AT THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 3, TO RECONVENE AT 12:00 NOON ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15, TO COMPLETE ITS BUSINESS.
