AN ACT TO AMEND ARKANSAS CODE ANNOTATED 6-51-616(c) TO MAKE ARBITRATION OPTIONAL UNDER THE STUDENT GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE REGARDING PRIVATE RESIDENT AND CORRESPONDENCE SCHOOLS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES."
